Data Deletion Request

Gravity Vault is an offline-first app. We hold almost no personal data by design. But your rights are still yours - here's how to exercise them.

01 · What We Hold

The Short Answer: Almost Nothing

Because Gravity Vault is an offline-first application, we have no mechanism to collect or store your personal content on our servers. There are no accounts, no login, no cloud sync, and no usage-analytics pipeline.

The table below shows every category of data and its status:

Usage analytics No Zero usage analytics or behavioral telemetry.
Crash reports Anonymous Technical error reports via Firebase Crashlytics — no personal or vault data, never linked to you.
IP address / location No Not collected by us. Network calls are limited to opt-in Maps/Ads and anonymous crash reporting.
In-app purchase receipt Anonymous token We receive only an anonymous entitlement token from Google Play / App Store. No financial data.
Support emails If you contact us Email threads are retained for support purposes. Request deletion below.

02 · Self-Service Deletion

Delete Everything on Your Device

The fastest and most complete way to delete all data is to uninstall the app. Since all encrypted data lives on your device, uninstalling removes everything permanently.

Android

Long-press Gravity Vault → App Info → Uninstall. Or: Settings → Apps → Gravity Vault → Uninstall. All vault data is removed.

iOS

Long-press Gravity Vault → Remove App → Delete App. All vault data and preferences are removed.

Cancel in-app subscriptions first

Before uninstalling, cancel any active subscriptions via Google Play or the App Store to avoid future charges.

03 · Formal Request

Submit a Deletion Request

For formal GDPR / CCPA deletion requests - including removal of support email threads - use the form below. We will respond within 30 days as required by applicable law.
