By downloading or using Gravity Vault, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Use of the App
Gravity Vault is provided for personal, lawful use. You agree to use the app only for legal purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
You are solely responsible for the content you store in Gravity Vault. We have no access to your content and therefore cannot monitor or moderate it.
2. Zero-Knowledge Architecture
Gravity Vault is a zero-knowledge, offline application. Because we have no access to your encrypted data, we cannot recover it if you lose your PIN and recovery phrase. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
3. In-App Purchases
Premium features are available via in-app purchases through Google Play or the App Store. All transactions are governed by the respective store's terms. Refunds are handled by the store, not by us directly.
Purchases are non-transferable and tied to your store account.
4. Daily Pass
The Daily Pass grants 24 hours of premium feature access in exchange for watching a rewarded advertisement. This is subject to ad availability. We reserve the right to modify or remove the Daily Pass feature at any time.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Gravity Vault is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
While we have implemented advanced industry-standard encryption, no security system is 100% infallible. We cannot guarantee against all possible attacks or data loss.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gravity Vault and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
7. Intellectual Property
The Gravity Vault app, its code, design, and branding are the intellectual property of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app without express written permission.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to discontinue the app or any feature at any time. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Uninstalling will remove all encrypted data stored on your device.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app developer is based. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
